I don’t even know where to start. Just so disgusting and disturbing. I’m usually a member at OrangeTheory Fitness. My friend asked if I wanted to ditch the group class and go to Planet Fitness since she can bring a buddy for free anytime. We recently visited this Planet Fitness location at around 4pm. I was about to use the stair master when I locked eyes with what seemed to be a freshly soiled feminine product. Will still charge you after you cancel your membership.
It's not worth your time... Basic gym with horrible customer service... I've been trying to cancel for 6 months with no success. I come into the store to cancel in person, I call on the phone, and I use the website.... Nothing works. Insufferable / frustrating people to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
There's plenty of activity here, but it's never too crowded and a big variety of machines to go around.
