5 stars, because I really love the inside of this gym, plenty of equipment even when busy, the climate control is great, music isn't too loud and selection is enjoyable, the people are normal and friendly, the employees are professional and competent, but Hey!!! Planet Fitness!!! or Management!!! Someone!!! Good at customer service.
I read a lot of negative reviews, and I'm sure you're now doubting whether to go. Let me tell you the truth, if you plan to go after 4PM then it's best you stay away or prepare mentally. If you plan to go in the morning or afternoon then this place is great. The evening gets packed of people, and not the serious type of people that lift. It's mostly obnoxious groups that are on their phone or people that are just waiting to argue over a machine with you.
