customer service is horrible. Called to speak with manager and was never allowed to after asking numerous times.
Current management team fails to maintain the gym, full stop. This Planet Fitness on West Broadway pressures paying members to leave 30 minutes before closing, allows various forms of harassment to be condone from other gym-goers during the evening shifts, while diluting the sanitizer spray bottles so much so that it looks exactly like water. So this location greated with smile young cat. This lounge chair sofar the best the heated water is definitely a key to these chairs.
