This was not my usual location but I am in cbus on a traveling contract and everytime I have gone to this location the employees are super friendly and nice. The manager however is rude and short when I needed further clarification and assistance. I have traveling contracts for work and needed to freeze my membership so the employer had me talk to the manager and I honestly left feeling like I will be canceling instead of freezing.
