I just joined through the app. They were only supposed to charge me my monthly rate but instead charge almost double. I tried calling at least 5 times. Someone picked up and wouldn't speak and then hung on me. Terrible customer service!
I've been a member for 9 years I transferred my membership from California with one phone call very easy, very clean, and very nice
