The regional manager is someone that doesn’t have class at all! I pay more because I have a really bad back & need desperately to ( enjoy massage chair) she Natalia, regional manager says we the clients must gravel to get one coin for 5 minutes yet other machines that don’t work for my injury one sitting is 10 minutes! Great gym, clean friendly atmosphere and recently newly updated work out equipment.
I joined here in October going every day it was great for two months then it started going down hill in all ways especially management. The owners of this gym should look at how it’s run instead of the bottom line. Train this staff on customer service. Wouldn’t go back if they paid me.
