Good gym for the price but they don’t post hours on the door and employees sound the lunk alarm for minutes at a time at 15, 10, 5 minutes before close. I understand letting people know they’re about to close but it’s excessively loud. Post hours on the door so people know what time you actually close. It doesn’t help that the teenage employees actively laugh at people covering their ears at the loud and excessive time they are holding the button down.
I love Planet Fitness in general, but I’m convinced the franchise owner is not putting much of the profit back into the facilities. He also doesn’t provide contact information for feedback so I’m forced to share my feedback publicly here. Compared to PFs in other markets, the Columbus-area ones are old and dirty, and lack clean and untorn mats.
