4 stars due to lack of weight training equipment. Clean gym with a friendly staff. Just wish they had a little less cardio equipment which takes up almost their entire space and are never fully used. Update: as of 2026 they've installed more smith machines and two additional free weight racks. Has everything you would need unless you insist on flipping tires.
I'm 82 years old. I have to work out because I'm a diabetic. They have good equipment and the people who own it, know what they're doing.
