Cold showers always. No matter how much you tell them about the hot water it is never fixed. If you tell an employee their attitude is always, "I just work here." Tell a manager they say, but how many months does it take to fix this problem after telling a manager? Nothing works to get this location to act on it; not Google reviews, telling management, poor reviews by email, etc. The response is always the same, tell a manager, but nothing ever gets done. Writing this as of 10/24/2025 - This planet fitness isn't the best among the ones that I've worked out at. There's a bunch of equipment that's not functional, but they're usually pretty good at getting it repaired within a week or so. It does get pretty busy in there during the day. I was very disappointed when they reopened after their big "renovation" last month. The highlight was them adding in squat racks. The facility is nice and clean. There’s a lot of equipment that’s been down for a while and there’s hardly ever anyone working the front desk so good luck getting a tanning bed or message chair.

It's hard to work out in the gym.When you got groups of people to 4-5 hogging, the equipment and think it's a party town sitting on their phones, texting watching videos, laughing, and talking when you got people that come there. And pay their heart earned money that's serious about working out i think it's some changes need to be made. Because that's not the place for that.
