I come here everyday. Everyone working is usually outstanding. The guy working today around 1pm was telling patrons to wait repeatedly while he messed around on the phone and computer. There were 13 people deep trying to purchase drinks and ask questions / purchase memberships and this guy walks away to clean the bathrooms. Totally unacceptable.
Air conditioners always broke not really clean inside fans are always broke
Every time I go to this location in Grove City, the ceiling fans are never working. It's too hot to want to work out at this location & when u ask what's up with the fans, the staff can't do anything about them.
