I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I was in a car accident and suffered injuries. My doctor ordered no physical activity and no driving while on my medication. I called this Planet Fitness location 13 times explaining that I was medically unable to come in. I was still told over and over that I had to cancel in person or send a certified letter, although I signed up online.
