Planet Fitness needs to do better. My husband was there at 6am this morning and your excuse for opening up at 745am was that the opener slept in late. NOT A GOOD EXCUSE. WHEN WE ARE PAYING MONEY, TO JOIN, MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE, ETC. My husband just joined a few weeks ago. This looks bad for your business. DO BETTER. PEOPLE ALSO COME OUT OF TOWN TO WORKOUT AND THIS IS UNSATISFACTORY!!! Sunday, October 4, 2026
Their policies regarding membership cancelation and men in women's changing spaces are terrible. ☆OMG THEY ARE *STILL* BILLING ME ONE YEAR LATER AFTER CANCELING IN WRITING!!! HOW DO I DELETE 1 STAR?!! ZERO STARS. Terrible, terrible, gym.☆
ABSOLUTELY love the vibes and community already looking forward to GROWING & GLOWING together ya dig.💯📈
Nice gym but biggest problem is in the morning it’s not opened at the time it supposed to be because no one is there to open the place. And a month later and still the place was not open on time again..
The gym is nice and clean but it’s unfortunate that it’s never open on time. I try to be here a few times a week early in the morning and every time there’s a group of people waiting for upwards of an hour for the gym to open. Multiple times a week not being open on time is crazy.
