Great gym, great selection of machines, Can't open the gym on time. This is the second time within a week that I show up at 5am and the gym still isn't open. I wait and watch a bunch of customers attempt to get in and all of them leave the same way, disappointed. I will cancel my membership and so should everyone else because this has failed to be addressed.
The gym is clean and well-kept, but it has become reliable for opening late. So much so, that I alter my arrival time to be 0410ish rather than 0400 since the young lady who opens the gym is now regularly late. Today I arrived and 0420 only to find the gym not open, along with many other customers waiting outside and talking about their shared frustrations with this now common occurrence. Nice gym but biggest problem is in the morning it’s not opened at the time it supposed to be because no one is there to open the place.
