Always verry clean and very pleasant to workout there.
Males in women locker area. This place doesn’t let you know when a male employee is servicing the locker room. They don’t leave when women are utilizing facilities. Creepy.
Experience diminished by poor showers in the men's locker room. Nice big shower stall, but the curtain was too small. They should just add hooks and a second curtain. Dirty stall and the drain was slow (gross). No soap in dispenser. It is a shame because these things are so easily remedied.
Everything is great until you try and cancel your membership. They tell you that you can cancel online which you can’t. So you spend an hour pointlessly scrolling the site even though the employees know you can’t cancel online because the second you tell them there’s no way to cancel online they then resort to telling you that you can’t cancel until after the 17th. So if you come to this gym between the 10th and 17th not only will you be charged for another month but you won’t be allowed to cancel until the 18th. Even though... read more
I’ve had a couple interactions with the staff and management here but they’re super rude and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.
