So not only do they charge you when they shouldn’t, there also is no recourse to get it back. Employee says have to talk to manager….call back blah blah blah….manager says you to have to talk to GM cal back at blah blah blah…GM says you have to talk to owner….owner says please send us email to national email account…national people say we don’t actually have any authority over that individual franchise u will need to talk to someone there. The circle of death. What a scam! Don’t ever trust anyone with planet fitness!
