DISAPPOINTING AND DEHUMANIZING EXPERIENCE AT GREENFIELD, MA CLUB LOCATION I recently relocated to western MA for a new job and had been using the Greenfield Planet Fitness location to shower daily while I look for housing. i am not good with electronics. i had to call the store today to get help with setting up the orientation class. the woman on the phone was super helpful and walked me through the process step by step. very professional and helpful. thank you for going above and beyond to help me.
Great atmosphere and the best staff
Smaller facility hidden between a staples and dollar tree. Small parking lot. Facility was packed like all planet fitnesses are. The big difference that earned them stars was the showers. This is the only planet fitness I have been to where the curtains actually close enough so someone can not look in. They had actual shower heads, even hand heald!!! Imagine that.
