Im please to be a new member. However, people should not be waiting outside 1hr after the set opening time to get in. I was skeptical with coming to this location because this is the reputation it has. Some people can only workout in the mornings before work and setting them off their routine could mess up their entire day. Please be mindful when accepting a position to open the gym. Or maybe set a later opening time so we’re not standing outside 1hr+ after the set opening hour.
love Planet Fitness! The staff is kind, courteous, and respectful, the machines are always clean, and the amenities are great , best bang for my buck! My only complaint is the bathroom plumbing. It's been down for a while now , only 1 of 3 sinks works, only 1 of 2 urinals works, and there's often pee on the floor, which isn't great. Aside from that, everything else is top notch.

About a week ago, I was about to take a shower, but when I opened the door I was shocked to see mildew everywhere on the grout between the tiles. Also the showerhead had buildup grime. Seems like they haven't cleaned the showers for several months. 100% disgusting. They can easily go to Dollar Tree or Walmart and get some mildew remover.
