Great place to work out in the mornings. They get quite busy in the afternoons, so plan accordingly. Sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels at all trash locations. Hydro & chair massages are a perk as well as the body enhancement red therapy pods. There are also tanning booths (but I haven't tried). They have minimal free weights like short barbell weights, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Sometimes, you have to wait for a Smith Machine to open up (same goes for cable machines).
