I have been going to Planet Fitness in Wilson for almost 2 years now, 5 days a week & go early in the morning. Everything has been great because Derek at the front desk keeps everything in check, clean, bottles filled, fridge filled, bathrooms clean and always makes sure the gym looks presentable for the incoming gym goers. Since the renovation and installation of the new equipment, the overall upkeep of this location has significantly declined. The biggest issue is the overnight maintenance. When I come in during the morning hours, the gym consistently looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or reset. The group training area with the green turf is often covered with loose weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, and mats scattered everywhere.
