I’ve been to a lot of PF locations (a black card benefit) and I was disappointed in this one in my home town. I come to Wilson often, but this is my first visit to this PF. There was dust on the in corners and on equipment. There were old spills that had not been cleaned up. Worst gym ever. Equipment is always dirty and the environment is not welcoming. I also could never quit membership and cannot stop them from calling me.

TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! LANGUAGE!!! This morning came in with my wife 2 associates Cursing like 2 drunken sailors on a Saturday night One associates nice and pleasant However thr other 2 engaged in the verbal toss up of curse words like a tennis match Thanks for the unpleasant greetings by the both of them How SAD!!!!

This is my go to PF location because I want to escape the horrendous Rocky Mount location. This gym is almost always clean and well-maintained. The water fountain filter is always green on its filter as well. I hate to write this, but today's experience was a flash back to Rocky Mount. While working out the paper towel dispensers were clogged. They had a roll in them but they won't dispense. This was 3 dispensers. The 4th one on the other side of the building worked. Love coming here! The massages are great rewards for working out. Really wish they'd bring back the countdown room, though, as it kept me accountable and made me try new things while working every area.
