Love this gym! And the staff! Always a great experience.
Great place to shred
Somebody decided perfect isn't what they're after and turned the overhead cacophony back on. Ugh. Back to the Senior Center for the main part of my workout, I guess. Otherwise, temperature perfect, friendly staff (always), and always pretty clean! The equipment is plentiful and all working well, and never crowded (when I go, midday).
Good gym, clean, nice equipment.
