Go here to workout all the time. Today I come in at 05/12/2026 and the girl working at night at 8pm was just so rude and hostile. Gave so much attitude for no reason definitely needs to learn how to work customer service.

I would expect a company of this size and revenue to consistently provide basic amenities like hot water for its paying members. I’ve been a member for quite some time and have visited multiple locations across the country. With the exception of one location in Florida, none of the facilities I’ve used have provided hot water. At this point, this no longer feels like an isolated issue, but a broader failure to deliver on a basic service that members are paying for.
