Really tired of the inconvenience of these websites. I just paid for the black card and of course, after money is taken from my account, suddenly I can’t log into my account, a confirmation email isn’t being sent to me even after the app says it is, and I have to come into the gym to fix this issue, since they’re incapable of helping over the phone. This stuff is ridiculous.
The way they monitor shoes is crazy. Was moving but decided to go to the gym anyways and was kicked out. I'll workout in my socks if need be!! The average sneaker will not protect your feet from a 15 pound dumbbell. It does not matter
