We as members can't slam the weights or grunt when lifting right? But this location has the music so damn loud nobody would be able to hear anyone grunting or slamming weights. Kind of hypocritical in my opinion. Its like being at a concert or a night club. TURN THE DAMN MUSIC DOWN A NOTCH.....PLEASE!!! Other than that, the gym is nice.
Tore my meniscus and have tried canceling my membership multiple times (over phone and in person), yet have still been charged the past 4 months.
Poor customer service from whitehall club supervisor causing members to want to leave club after 6+ years of membership.
