Spoke with a woman named Robyn over the phone, I came in and she assisted me with the issues I was having regarding my billing. I was able to cancel my membership successfully. Robyn customer service was phenomenal, there was also another woman there who name begin with a T, she was very helpful and sweet as well. Thank you ladies!
Very friendly Staff.
Came in to finish my workout because of the location was enroute from where i left and used this gym when ellenwood was closed. Lady was rude, I asked gentlemen behind the counter if he could charge my headphones he said yes. She abruptly was like no we can't take someone's stuff behind the counter. Everywhere I have been they have been nice enough and courteous to allow it. Ŵalking right back out the door..
