Sadly they don't change there tanning bed bulbs until they get a ton of complaints. Right now the bulbs are so old . Please do better
I love this gym!
Bad customer service experience, all around. I've been wanting to get a membership but have been calling in to ask questions to find out more about what's offered and about gym equipment. I get a different story each time. Talked to a manager today who wouldn't clarify her unique first name. When I kept asking for clarification, she became irritable and sounded like she didn't want to help or do anything for me the rest of the call. When I called back later I unfortunately got Caden. Both would rather argue than help.
