I cancelled my subscription in person 4 months ago, kept getting charged, went in person AGAIN to cancel, got charged. I was told there was no cancel documentation and I would get refunded. After asking for the manager multiple times and being told he was busy, I didn’t get refunded and have to pay AGAIN. Figure out your staff and systems. Absolutely ridiculous.
Its a planet fitness. But its better than most. A chill Planet Fitness.
Been a member for awhile. Was standing by the leg press between sets on my phone for about 45 seconds. Only one in there because I work a swing shift at work. Got the alarm pulled on me. Thinking about joining a new gym. Giving a star back. Your manager was great with telling me how to cancel my membership. Good work.
