I’m so sick of people not acknowledging when I walk in the door. Today was the worst. That girl never even looked up from her phone. It’s clean here but acknowledge the people that come and go from your gym. They are paying your paychecks.
I was a long time of Planet Fitness since it’s opening in Great Falls. I had to leave in June of ‘24 and it broke my heart. I hadn’t heard nice things about the gym since I left, giving my ego a boost🤣🤣. That has all changed with the latest general manager! The gym and locker room are always looking great, and the present staff seems to be a perfect fit!
Christian and Nick are always positive friendly and supportive. If you are not working out at planet fitness then you should be. This my only gym. Facts! Thank you Christian and Nick!
