You will still get charged the $50 annual fee if your membership is on freeze. And you can't cancel membership over the phone, even when you can't physically make it to the gym. Freaking rip off! So then you respond with a fake email address to make it look like you are trying to solve the problem and you're not? Again people, this place will rip you off! Do not join.
Ok gym. Been going a while but today, was using a stall in the locker room bathroom. Female employee came in and though i let her know someone was in there, she continued to clean and hang directly in the bathroom. She also asked several questions that i couldnt quite make out. Wtf. When i rushed out, no one up front and a big line for black card services. Priorities people!
I have been a member here for over a year and workout at least 5 days a week. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The gym is always very clean and the equipment is very well maintained by the staff. Clients are always very respectful of one another. A great place to workout with an abundance of equipment!
