UPDATE: I went to the location and spoke with the actual manager who was very friendly and professional. She resolved my issue quickly and provided excellent customer service. The assistant manager at this location is using deceitful practices and upgrading memberships without permission, with no contract, and without authorization to charge an increased amount to the associated bank account, which is a violation of law.
Friendly staff, clean facility. Equipment all works and is in good condition.
