I had a great time with a friend.... They had a great ab workout machine that had my core sore for days lol.. The facility is clean, and there is a wide range of different exercises. They are also open 24 hours to fit any schedule...5 stars!!!!!

Place has a nice staff, but the facility is a nightmare of a mess. Abandoned (non reusable) water bottles and paper towels every where you look; including the fitness area AND locker room.
