I was a member for 3years my debit card expired never got anything in the mail saying it was from them since i had signed up so long before. was reissued the same card number and was forced to pay a fee when its the same exact. card! bad customer service. I proceeded to email them and have yet to receive anything back! loyal customers bad service!
Just joined. So far the place seems like it will fit my needs. There is plenty of equiptment and the place looks clean. Beware of the advertising though. It actually costs $58.00 to become a member in addition to the $10.00 a month. This information is very strategically hidden on their website. It was explained to me when I joined in person. However, when I complained about the misleading advertisement the clerk at the front desk was very rude which was a turnoff and almost made me want to quit. The manager is fine though. ... read more
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! What a crappy gym! You call those "trainers" that they have? I think they hired a bunch of inexperienced "trainers". I'd rather spend a little more and get better service than what they provide. You have ruined our nice friendly town. The parking lot is horrible. People are rude....I can go on forever! Spend a little more and go somewhere else!

SHADY!!! I just got a credit card charge of $39.99. I called and they said its to lock in your rate. I said, "what if I don't want to lock in my rate." The rude person I spoke to said "Well, you don't really have a choice." THEN DON"T CALL IT A RATE LOCKIN!!! CALL IT AN ANNUAL RENEWAL FEE!!!! Once my memebership is done, I am done with this place. The charge was NEVER discussed with me when I signed up. All I can say is BAD BUSINESS!
