Update: going downhill sadly. Canceled my Mom & I’s memberships today 2/23/26. Not sure who owns it now but it’s toast sadly. Pretty crazy. Why own a business if you don’t have the funds to properly manage it? Very Bizarre. Customers are paying extra for certain amenities. So If those amenities are not available for MONTHS due to owner neglect it only makes sense members refunds ought to be due. Have been to several PF locations on the west coast and this one here in KF is by far the cleanest with the friendliest yet professional staff. They do an excellent job and always miss my home gym when I’m out of town.
The staff are nice but PF corporate has been neglecting this location. Multiple hyrdomassagers have been down for a long time and there seems to be no urgency to fix them. This isn't fair to people who pay extra for black card memberships.
An all around great experience when I workout at this Planet Fitness. This Planet Fitness gym is VERY clean. Wyatt the manager , and employees Nick , Megan, Sarah , and Rudy on the second and third shift keep this gym spic & span clean. My deepest thanks to all of them for their hard work 🥰
