Talia the manager can take an excited new member and get them to cancel real quick. Listening is a skill a manager must have. O think she needs hearing aids.
Not good customer service today when you working out and she interrupt your exercise because you had your gym back in the floor I think that’s too much
Travel all over country every summer since Covid. This is one of the cleanest PF's ever. Also the lady at night with curly silverish hair is adorably friendly.
Went in to cancel my membership and both of their computers went down. I was fine to wait for them to reboot but was assured by Wyatt that he would cancel my account on the 9th when I was in there. We'll the 17th comes around and I'm charged. I called and they said I never canceled. Very very frustrating. They literally lied about saying they would cancel it and are giving me a hard time about a refund because they are getting new owners.
