The hours now are 6am to 10pm Monday through Sunday. So during the open hours it is very packed as it’s also the local hangout. People group together over machines on their phones, with their backpacks and stay there while maybe 1 person works out. If the hours were better, you could time it for less busy crowds. To whom this may concern, I have e been a member since you opened in Arcadia,FL. I enjoyed the flexibility of a 24-hour fitness center due to my type of work. I have to put in my workouts between 3-4 A.M. now due to the time change we're the gym is now open from. 6AM to 10 PM I am unable to make it I to the gym. For all those who have to make it in earlier than 6 am. to get a workout, we find it very disappointing.
Very nice clean gym, empty soap in bathroom. Thats about it
Seems nice I haven’t gone but it looks perfect question do you guys allow kids I have a 11 month old and it’s hard being a mom and going to work out
