This one's got bugs
The new "corporate decision" to change gym hours to 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM is extremely inconvenient. I was one of the early-bird members who arrived at 5:00 AM to complete my workout by 6:00 or 6:30 AM—something that's no longer possible under the new schedule. While my summer routine gives me the flexibility to go later in the day, this will become a real issue in October when my schedule changes. The hours now are 6am to 10pm Monday through Sunday. So during the open hours it is very packed as it’s also the local hangout. People group together over machines on their phones, with their backpacks and stay there while maybe 1 person works out. If the hours were better, you could time it for less busy crowds. But their app always shows it as not busy when that’s not true at all. The vibration plate in the red light therapy booth has never worked since I’ve been a member.
