This one is always clean, the staff is friendly and there’s cool people too. Tonight I brought a friend who has been on the edge of getting committed to his transformation journey. The staffers were just … cool. They let us know about the promotion going and without any pressure we all convinced my friend to sign up! I wanted to leave an additional review because I realized I forgot to mention Dylan, the manager at Planet Fitness, and I’m sorry for leaving him out because he definitely deserves credit too, along with his crew. Dylan does a great job. He’s professional, friendly, approachable, and always helpful. The BEST Planet Fitness I have been to and I have been to A LOT in several different states! The showers and changing rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Definitely one of the best showers I have had in a long time. Most PF locations have very small and dirty showers, but I could tell the person in charge of cleaning the locker room and showers did a great job. The employees I encountered were very friendly. Good – The gym has the basic machines you need, and the staff is friendly and approachable. Bad – It could definitely use some upgrades, especially heavier dumbbells (80–100 lbs) and additional cable machines to reduce wait times. Ugly – Maintenance is a major issue. Several key machines are frequently broken, with some staying out of order long-term. The parts seem readily available, but there appears to be a lack of urgency from ownership to fix them.
