Always very clean The workers are always very helpful I had a problem with my account and they took care of it right away no questions asked
It is always clean and the staff is friendly
Just convenient location and clean but the management at this location took too long to repair, replace broken equipment. There's 2 leg press machine ,1 was still broken for months....not repair or replacing! Even the sign on it says out of order has worn off! No wonder lots of people have left this location. Another loose point is they're getting away with not opening 24 hours anymore but monthly fee $$ is still the same as before COVID 19. I have been a member at the EHT Planet Fitness for over 4 years and never missed a membership payment. Going to the gym today, the manager (Caleb) of the planet fitness in EHT told my that he was denying my entry to the gym because I didn't have two forms of payment in the system. When I inquired as to why I need two forms of payment since I pay every month, he stated that management at the EHT PF had problems in the past with its Spanish customers making their payments.
