They were ignorant to my son's day program, and denied them access to the gym.
Manager has no clue what she’s doing. They overcharged my account and there was no resolution her and her coworkers were rude. I will never go back to the gym. They can keep the money they stole out of my account, but they won’t get any more.

i’ve been a member there for over a year. I had to freeze my membership due to an automobile accident and it was the man manager. I came in because I kept getting all these charges and I couldn’t understand why at this point it was a woman manager, I didn’t get her name her and another employee ganged up on me told me that I need to say, please they were very rude.
