Dirty Men's bathroom floor, especially the shower. Some dude was sleeping in a changing room, as well. A front desk girl was unhappy, and unfriendly. But, the club around the machines was one of the cleanest I've seen. The manager was happy, and nice.

I came in from Tucson and this location was a letdown. The restroom was filthy, trash was overflowing, and it looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while. There were two employees at the front desk, a guy and a girl, but they seemed more interested in talking to each other than doing walkthroughs. The girl at the desk also came off rude and didn’t greet members properly. I’ve been to cleaner locations and basic cleanliness and customer service shouldn’t be optional. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

The girl in reception always has attitude. You wake up at five in the morning starting off with a good day to go to the gym and the girl in reception just turns the morale of the environment a whole 360 with her attitude. All she does is stand in the front talking on her phone and texting, so when you need to ask her something she gets bothered. It’s not only her attitude but her face expressions make you feel unwelcome as well.
