I just go there to shower and change clothes. So for me the best time to go is in the wee morning hours (2am-4am) because it's pretty much empty during that time. The shower and restroom areas are pretty clean when I get there. At the moment, 1 of the changing stalls (the handicapped one) doesn't have a door, which kinda sucks! Only 1 out of the 4 showers has a shower caddy to hold your shampoo/ conditioner, body wash/ soap bar, toothbrush/ toothpaste and whatever else you bring. It's a good, clean place to go.
