Tavares was amazing, love his attitude to people very helpful and showed me some exercises.
Its so incredibly cold on the floor that I have to wear a jacket that zips over my throat to work out. First I sweat in the incredibly hot room that's like a sauna, and then I have to walk under the freezing fans to get to the leg machines/main floor. Im still saturated from sweat from the first room that is surrounded by glass. Those fans are so extremely cold. In the summer I shouldn't have to wear a jacket just to use the equipment to do legs. I hear even the workers complain on how cold it is.
I’m a regular at the PF on Barrington and Schaumburg but have to come here occasionally, and I’m usually not super excited to do so. The facility is clean and staff is nice, but the machine layout doesn’t make much sense, and every time I’ve been here one of the leg extension or hamstring curl machines is always broken. Machines for arm days are great but I can never actually do my leg workout routine here because of the lack of staple leg machines.
Every morning when I come in, especially on weekends, Ariana does an outstanding job keeping the ladies restroom clean and well maintained. She is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. I truly enjoy coming in to get my workout done, and her excellent customer service makes the experience even better. Ariana consistently goes above and beyond, and her positive attitude is greatly appreciated.
