Member for 3 months at a different home location. I often visit this location because it is close to work. My lock was cut off my locker during my workout and my things were gone through. Sad that you cannot get a workout in at this location without fear of your things getting stolen.

I was my friend’s guest and they told him I couldn’t use the massage chairs(he is a black card member ) . Even though I am a PF member . I go to another location they said as long as I’m with a black card member it’s fine . This should be universal not case by case .

Other customers will harass you in the locker room because they don't believe you're in the correct one even after you articulate that you are. THIS IS NOT A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.

I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness of the Planet Fitness bathroom and locker room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was old soap buildup, hair sitting in the shower drains, dead moths, and used tissue on the floor. The entire area looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a while. After finishing a workout, I should be able to shower and get ready for work in a clean and comfortable environment.
