On April 16, I went to present my doctor’s note to re-freeze my membership due to medical reasons. The original freeze was scheduled to end on April 17. Denzel was pleasant at first and began assisting me with the freeze. However, he then informed me that I would be charged for the billing period of April 10 to May 11. Very clean facility and friendly staff. All machines work. If broken, they are fixing a timely manner. Very happy with my membership.
