I went in today after about 2 years and the difference is funominal. The gym is completely reorgized. All new cardio machines and lots of new equipment. The gym is spotless. An absolute difference. The new manager is amazing. I'm so glad to be back. If you're new or returning, you won't be disappointed. Trust me. I used to call corporate often. It's worth it guys. Come back

Absolute scam! Do not associate with this company under any circumstances. I signed up before COVID, and this company kept charging my bank account for months even though the facility was shut down. I moved out of the country before the end of COVID and I have been asking them for 3 YEARS to cancel my account but they keep giving me this B.S. that I need to come visit the facility _in_person_ in order to process a cancellation.
