I love my local planet fitness. I go to both Poplar Ave and Summer- both are great! But Poplar is my favorite location by far! The Fitness instructor, Ahn Thu, is the sweetest woman I've ever met, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every time I Go in. It's pretty loud when you go in so, if you're autistic like me, invest in some noise canceling earbuds and you'll be fine. It's a very beginner-friendly gym. One detail that I noticed about this location is that it has two digital clocks, it really helps keep track of the time without being too distracted from your workout rather than looking at your phone or watch.
