Absolutely the most disturbing youth policy I've ever seen. You have to prove your the child's legal guardian through birth certificate. But what if I'm a step dad. My name doesn't match. I can assure you I've cared for the child for over 10 years. But because I did not adopt him he can't join your club until he 15. That's ridiculous.
