Update 8-9-2025 I’m not quite sure if this is illegal, but it’s definitely a health hazard. The Planet Fitness in Monroeville hasn’t had water in the men’s room for at least a week, maybe more. There are three faucets to wash your hands, and there’s a sign that the faucets are broken. It is super disgusting that you can’t wash your hands after going to the bathroom or working out. My brother is a black card holder and I use the guest pass, and typically we go to natrona heights planet fitness. I’ve never ever been told by that location or any other that I can’t go in without him as long as he unlocks the pass. I even am friendly with the staff and they take a look at the screen. My spouse and I have been visiting the East End of Pittsburgh for a couple of weeks. Today we went to the PH in Monroeville and I just want to rate the staff, environment, and cleanliness five stars.
