I don’t understand how I get charged for the month to go to the gym but can’t even go so why did I pay for not being able to go just to go D: it should’ve been just what I owed previously. $140 and I couldn’t even go . It’s like I’m giving out money for free. They always add an extra $15 to the monthly charge and for what ????? The manager here literally refused to let use the massage chair . What’s black card for then .
I enjoy each experience I have at the Planet Fitness that I go to in SC. I went Freehold while visiting family. It was much different. Smaller and not as kept up. The warm welcome was not as warm as the South.
Machines are broken and neglected they MUST be replaced. The air feels grim, heavy, and unclean, and most areas of the gym are poorly lit. Overall, the whole gym needs a thorough scrub down including the locker rooms.
