This planet fitness is very welcoming and relaxing, always running smoothly thanks to the staff that works in the evening, there work is truly appreciated and by far the best planet fitness I’ve ever been too.
I come in to tan and workout everynow and then, Young lady with the black hair is so sweet and personable and always takes care of me! Great customer service and very helpful I love this planet fitness!
Just canceled my membership, deleted account and app. $20 late fee? Not even my mortgage has that kind of late fee. I attempted to reason over the phone but they did not care. I am not paying a $20 late fee over some gym membership payment issue. In your dreams
One of the worst locations in the franchise. They don't stay open 24 hours on most days anymore and they lock their doors at least 30 minutes before they actually close. Don't bother coming here for night workouts or you might find them closed early. UPDATE: I have lowered my rating to 1 star because there have been multiple occasions where I arrived within an hour of their closing hours and the doors were locked.
