Me and my son walked in paid for membership then they told me my son couldn't work out due to his age none of this was explained when I signed up for my membership then I was unable to get refund for what I paid for the purpose of me signing up was so my 11 year old son could work out with me
I’ve been a member since last June and never had a problem. It’s clean. Staff has always been friendly to me. No issues with safety. It’s definitely worth the low membership fee.
