Been working out here for the last 3 years 5-6 days a week. I’ve worked out in the same shirts the whole time. New employee Sueann asks if I can change or cover. I explain no and it’s never been an issue (like sleeveless tees). Then helps me close my account. Wild. Loyalty means nothing when they need to body shame you in front of everyone
On multiple occasions, I showed up to the gym to find that a black dog was left locked inside a truck at the very front of the gym, with the windows all the way up, for over an hour every single time. One day after timing it for over an hour and half since I had gotten there, I went to the front desk to speak to the staff, and was blessed enough to interact with Cadence. Great gym. Came here a couple months for work and really enjoyed my time at this gym. For being a planet fitness it is very spacious and machines are pretty updated. Showers and bathrooms are clean and overall entire gym is very good. They have massage chairs, tanning beds. Again all very clean which to me is very important. Customer service is excellent. Totally made my visit here worth talking about.
Fantastic gym. Very clean. Never crowded when I went and respectful clientele. Staff is among the best and the friendliest of any gym I’ve joined. Highly recommend the classes.
