Such friendly staff. Colin and Daniel are awesome. Always clean. So many options to choose a space or machine to preference.
I would like to speak with the owner about my unresolved issue. I asked the person on the phone multiple times and he stated my issue was basically not important enough for the owner. Not happy at how I was treated and this was handled
Not friendly. Made the process very hard process. I asked to speak to the owner about the issue and the person on the phone refused.
The person I spoke to did not help resolve my issue or allow me to speak with the owner. I’ve been continuously getting charged since march for a membership I’ve never actually been able to check in on because the state that it signed up in for is the wrong state. All I would like to do is cancel my membership however they are stating I have to pay the past due money on a membership I’ve never even been able to use to be able to Cancel it.
