By the DOH regulations and rules, this place is supposed to have hot water for the showers which they don't. I've come here at all different times. They never have hot water yet they have hot water at the sinks for washing your hands, now since this is a high prone-germ environment by law, they have to have hot water. I hope they consider this a formal request to see why there's no hot water before I move my complaint to the state DOH. Go in the am when no kids are there such a better experience
I’ll be canceling my membership… 1 out of every towel dispenser I noticed had towels in it to wipe down machines FILTHY… 10:30pm on a Monday if that helps

Greeted by friendly staff everything my husband and I enter the location. It's always clean. Surprisingly, it hasn't been too packed when we went, so we could use the equipment that we needed for our planned workouts. Been a great experience and well-liked maintained location.
