I’m not sure why there’s such bad reviews, but I’m pretty impressed by this planet fitness. It’s clean and pretty spacious for being in the middle of Hell’s Kitchen. Even on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm it wasn’t packed and I was able to get on most of the machines I planned to use. The staff is also always friendly. The only negative thing i can say is that it’s hot in the gym. 9:07 PM woman answering phone sounds prejudiced and robotic she said I wasn't talking to her 🙄 she hung up everywhere they hang up so where is the information you are collecting against people that don't drink alcohol regularly maybe even not once a year?! We just asked you what information are you collecting against us?! We clearly did nothing to you.
TURN ON THE A/C OR PUT SOME MORE FANS IN THERE. IT IS WAY TOO HOT. ALL THE TIME. THIS IS ABSURD.
