Planet Fitness in Canandaigua, NY, is the worst gym we have ever visited. I rate it at the bottom of all Planet Fitness locations. The Staff are horrible, unfriendly, unwelcoming, and hostile, and create a terrible negative atmosphere in the club. The manager needs to be replaced, and the staff should be retrained in basic customer service skills. For my wife and me, it was an unwelcoming experience, and we wanted to leave immediately.
