Good luck trying to cancel your membership, they'd rather keep you locked in so they can dip into your bank account, and take money out at their discretion, grimy as hell.
Trash gym! Not only was the promotion online a scam. When going to talk to staff the girls were rude and had an attitude like I was interrupting their conversation. Will be cancelling since the payment failed due to you guys and got charged a late fee.
Alissa and Litzy are the most wonderful!! They always make my gym experience next level, the gym is always clean and organized. I will definitely continue to come here 10/10 recommend 🤘
MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE RUDE! This Planet Fitness continues to charge me late fees due to their negligence in not updating my auto pay method and not charging my secondary payment method. Management continues to make excuses and lie to me.
