No hacen nada por decirles a personas que usan las máquinas Smiths Para hacer pierna pecho hombros bíceps Nada más les hace falta que hagan ABS. Deberían de tener un tiempo limitado para que todo mundo las podamos usar. Una persona que siempre viene. Dura aproximadamente 1 hr y 40 min. a veces ya no encuentra que hacer… pero no suelta la máquina
