It's awesome! The staff is very willing to help and teach you which machine you should use for your particular workout and how to use the equipment (no matter many times I asked the exact same question) place is spotless, machines or absolutely clean as a whistle, everything is clean and well taken care of.
I think it's terrible to make their employees come to work in a major blizzard. I guess because their kids they think they can get away with it no managers come in but they force the young staff to come in. Was thinking of joining not anymore. They get one star for the way they handle the young employees.
