Went in today and it has to be at least 83 degrees in there and the humidity feels like you’re swimming through the air. I asked a front desk person if it’s always this hot and he said yes. It’s 94 degrees outside. You can’t do any high intensity or barely any cardio in there without wanting to pass out and I’m in shape. It doesn’t seem concerning to anyone there but that will end my time coming to this location.
I have everything paid, but the barcode does not work. Old credit cards are not deleted. Very inconvenient application, no technical support, no support chat. Explain to people what your application is for?
The staff was very professional and helpful. The location was clean and it had plenty of exercise equipment.
